Please join us for a workshop looking at how to deal confidently with disability (both visible and non-visible) and health conditions within your legal team; wider company and external contacts.
Whether you are a team member, line manager or head the department, we all have a role to play in creating an inclusive culture.
Yasmin Sheikh, founder of Diverse Matters, Vice-Chair of the Lawyers with Disabilities Division (LDD) and Council member of the Law Society will be addressing the four key areas you need to master to be confident with disability – Business; Bias; Behaviour and Belonging – along with practical examples and how to manage people effectively, increasing staff satisfaction and productivity.
The workshop is open to:-

- A person with a disability
- Anyone holding direct line/management responsibilities
