Rob led the recruitment team at RPC LLP and is well versed in the practice of people, talent and development having been the HR business partner to RPC's corporate and commercial groups.
Back in 2006 Rob worked as a lawyer at SJ Berwin (now KWM) specialising in corporate and funds before moving in to legal head-hunting strategically placing all levels of lawyer in in-house and private practice, both in London (and in-house hubs in and beyond the commuter belt) and Asia-Pacific.
Rob has a particular interest in mentoring, behavioural profiling and psychometrics and mentors professionals in the City alongside pro-bono activity as an Enterprise Advisor for the Lord Mayor, City Hall.
