Sarah Sheehan

Sarah is an Oxfordshire-based independent consultant lawyer working both in-house and with several UK and international legal practices.

With an emphasis on technology-based businesses and their contractual arrangements, she has worked in industries ranging from software to services, media to medical, travel to telecommunications and property to distribution.

Among this varied client base are startups, national and international organisations and household names. Previously, Sarah was the Product Development & Publishing Manager at a major legal publisher. Here, she researched and developed new products and services, oversaw day-to-day content and managed the budgets, production and staffing for print and software products for legal practitioners.

Sarah is also a former Director and Chair at the membership organisation, Commerce & Industry Group (C&I). The wide-ranging remit for this role included development and day-to-day operation of C&I’s CPD training programme for its in-house lawyer membership. Sarah also conducted market and content research, devised content ideas and worked with law firms to ensure topical and relevant subject matter coverage. This involved oversight of marketing, venue sourcing, catering, delegate materials and administration for around 50 events each year.

Bilingual, Sarah is a native English and fluent French speaker.
