During her 25-year career, Donna has successfully worked with leading global companies in the automotive, defence, financial services, professional services and legal sectors, leading award-winning programmes and gaining recognition for thought-leadership. She has enabled these companies to improve their business results by optimising their people engagement and development capabilities and enhancing their position in their markets.
Motivated by helping people to achieve their potential and creating greater access to opportunities, Donna is involved in a number of organisations outside of RPC. In addition to serving on the board of CWN, she volunteers for the Association for the Blind, is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman in The Worshipful Company of Coachmakers and Coach Harness Makers.
Donna holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, applying lean methodologies to improve people processes and outcomes.
