Nadia is a Senior Associate at RPC.

Nadia advises household media names in the publishing, broadcasting and technology sectors on content-related disputes and pre-publication matters.

Nadia supports a wide variety of clients seeking to protect Article 10 rights to freedom of expression whether before or after publication: including working with national newspapers, broadcasters, production companies, social media platforms, not-for-profits, book publishers and media insurers. 

She has an in-depth knowledge of defamation, privacy, data protection, breach of confidence, contempt and online intermediary law and regulation.

Nadia has experience across all stages of litigation, including assisting clients resolve complaints at a pre-action stage, and has acted in cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Information Rights Tribunal and in Coronial Inquests.

She also has experience in broadcast, technology and data protection regulation and can advise on investigations commenced by the communications and new online safety regulator (Ofcom) and data protection regulator (the ICO).

Nadia has been seconded to Channel 4 since 2019 where she advises on legal and regulatory compliance, duty of care, online content, and press and publicity from a programme's commission up to transmission.

Nadia co-chairs RPC's Online Safety Special Interest Group and acts as Secretary to the Media Lawyers Association.
