We all spend hours in meetings. Yet how many of us would say that even a majority have been beneficial or well run? The pandemic did not help this situation and has led to ‘meeting bloat’. You have limited time so it is vital that meetings are effective and you aren’t doing most of your ‘day job’ in the evening as you’ve been in meetings all day.
