The Centre for Legal Leadership host a quarterly forum for senior leaders in major regulators and in the organisations that they regulate.
The Forum provides an opportunity for senior lawyers to discuss topical and strategic issues in a safe, virtual environment under Chatham House rule. Attendance is by invitation and the sessions are chaired and moderated by CLL.
Each meeting will look at topical matters in the world of regulation with a focus on those topics of particular interest to Forum members.
This session will cover the following:
Conduct and Culture
A number of regulatory 'failures' have been down to failures in governance systems, the culture in all or parts of the organisation (or the regulator) and/or poor conduct by individuals. How are organisations and regulators working to learn from past failures so as to reduce the risk of them happening again and what initiatives have proved most effective in helping to identify, manage and reduce this risk going forward?
Should this be of interest please contact us and someone will get back to you.
Regulatory Radar: outlook survey
We partnered with RPC to create a survey for their Regulatory Radar update.
This is an opportunity for in-house legal professionals to influence the conversation around regulatory developments and their implications for businesses, and share insights into the regulatory changes that concern you the most. Access the survey here.
