Unlock Your Potential with CLL’s Flourishing Program

  • Event date: 03 March 2025 12:00 PM
  • Event type: Online Coaching Session
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Provided by: The Centre for Legal Leadership and Pennington Hennessy Ltd

Join CLL’s exclusive online coaching programme designed by Pennington Hennessy Ltd.

Delivered by Jamie Pennington and aimed at helping senior in-house lawyers flourish personally and professionally.

Programme Background

This programme is rooted in Dr. Martin Seligman’s positive psychology principles. Seligman’s research reveals that true flourishing at work and home comes from identifying and harnessing our Signature Strengths, rather than focusing on “fixing” weaknesses. By leveraging what we’re best at, we build resilience, confidence, and a sense of well-being.

Programme Structure: Three Sessions

  • Session 1. Group coaching dates to be individually agreed from w/c 3 March. Complete the free Values in Action (VIA) online questionnaire and then benefit from a small group session exploring your unique strengths and offering tailored insights into how to apply them effectively.
  • Session 2. Masterclass 1 on 20 March. Using your Signature Strengths in the workplace – challenges and opportunities.
  • Session 3.  Masterclass 2 on 3 April. Recognising and developing the Signature Strengths of those around you.

Why Attend?

This programme has helped dozens of lawyers to:

  • Develop greater self-awareness of their unique strengths and values
  • Increase confidence and resilience
  • Build adaptability in handling workplace and personal challenges
  • Enhance overall well-being and job satisfaction
  • Create a personal roadmap for continued growth and success
