  • Event type: Virtual roundtable
  • Duration: 90 minutes

The Future of Regulation Forum is a quarterly, invite-only series, hosted with our friends at RPC, bringing together senior general counsel, in-house legal leaders and regulators to debate how regulation must adapt to shape markets that are resilient, innovative and trusted.

Across sectors, regulators are signalling a shift towards more assertive enforcement, driven by public and political pressure to hold organisations accountable. Whether in financial services, ESG, data protection or competition law, businesses are facing heightened scrutiny and an increasing risk of regulatory intervention.

This session will explore what is behind this shift, how enforcement priorities are evolving and how organisations can strengthen governance, risk management and regulatory engagement in preparation for a more challenging enforcement environment.

This session will explore how regulators are re-calibrating their approach and how businesses are adapting to safeguard both resilience and trust.

This Forum is open to in-house General Counsel, Heads of Legal, Senior Counsel, Regulatory and Compliance decision-makers from all sectors.

Please note that this forum will operate under the Chatham House Rule, allowing participants to use the information received, but not to reveal the identity or affiliation of the speakers or any other participant.
