Join Caroline Egan, former Barrister and now a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach for an insightful session exploring how the ‘dark side’ of personality traits - those behaviours that emerge under pressure - can influence the effectiveness of lawyers as leaders.
Drawing on the latest research and over 15 years of leadership coaching experience, this webinar will help you better understand how personality impacts behaviour in high-pressure legal environments and what you can do at the individual, team and organisational level to encourage healthier leadership cultures.
Whether you're leading a legal team, stepping into a management role, or simply curious about how personality dynamics shape the profession, this session offers practical insights and tools that can drive personal growth and business impact.
Key topics include:
- What the ‘dark side’ of personality is and how it shows up at work.
- Why some personality traits help lawyers succeed, but hinder team leadership.
- How to identify and manage derailing behaviours in yourself and others.
- Three practical levels of intervention: organisation, team and individual
Interactive elements will include word clouds, live polls and audience questions.
