JMLN is a welcoming, low-pressure evening for lawyers in the early to middle stages of their careers who want to connect with peers, share experiences and explore what comes next - without the pressure of having it all figured out.
This event is about conversation over credentials and people over job titles. Whether you’re newly qualified, a few years in, or simply feeling uncertain about your next steps, you’re very welcome.
Why attend?
Early legal careers are rarely linear - yet it can feel like everyone else has a plan. JMLN exists to normalise uncertainty, encourage curiosity and help you build confidence in networking by meeting others navigating similar questions.
At this Spring session, you can expect:
- Honest conversations about early-career experiences in law;
- A supportive environment with no expectation to “pitch” yourself;
- Opportunities to meet peers from across practice areas and organisations; and
- A relaxed setting designed to make networking feel natural, not forced.
