Hosted by Ellie Gelder, The Work Couch Live: The workforce revolution brings together senior legal, HR and business leaders to explore the forces reshaping the workplace – from AI and emerging workplace technologies to changing regulation and major legal developments, including the Employment Rights Act.


The event will explore what the workforce revolution means in practice and how organisations can prepare, including:

  • A keynote from Anna Thomas MBE, Founding Director at the Institute for the Future of Work, on how AI is changing what we do.
  • A live podcast with Jake Wall, Mark Goyder and Professor Catherine Barnard, exploring AI and the future of work, including the AI capability gap, workforce agility, workplace monitoring and emerging pathways to employment.
  • An interactive panel discussion with Mandy Kaur, Legal Director at PizzaExpress, looking at the practicalities of implementing AI, navigating financial and people pressures, and future-proofing the workforce.
  • Opportunities to ask questions, share experiences and network with peers and industry leaders over breakfast.
