Kelly Thomson, Patrick Brodie and Katie Horn from RPC's Employment Practice are hosting a new Masterclass in conjunction with the British Retail Consortium.
This is a 1-day course aimed at Senior and Executive Leaders within retail who aren’t leading internally on diversity, equity and inclusion but who understand that they do have internal accountability for creating and embedding a diverse and inclusive culture within their teams and who want to ensure they are up to speed with the latest thinking and practical tools.
This workshop is best suited to executive or senior strategic and functional leaders (Heads of, Directors, C-Suite, etc.) looking to build practical knowledge, skills and confidence on how to direct successful D&I initiatives.
