We are delighted to be collaborating with Joanna Gaudoin bringing to you the first of four webinars looking at 'how to develop positive relationships needed in your role' – whether you are just starting out in-house, moving up the promotion ladder or wish to improve your business skills.

Joanna Gaudoin of Inside Out Image specialises in helping ambitious Financial & Professional Services individuals and their organisations improve performance and achieve their goals. She does this by helping them master and strategically use the business skills of Personal Impact and Relationship Management. These skills are required for professional success.

Before establishing Inside Out Image, Joanna worked in marketing and consultancy in large corporates. She understands the business world and its challenges. She now helps organisations and individuals understand how to succeed in it.

‘Office Politics’ very often has negative connotations. However, where there are different people with varying interests, motivations and behaviours, political intelligence will always be necessary for individuals to carry out their roles effectively and progress their careers for personal and organisational benefit.

Research indicates that the ‘negative’ aspects of organisational politics adversely affect morale, productivity and profitability and they are a major cause of stress in the workplace; ultimately not being able to navigate ‘Office Politics’ is a barrier to career progression.

This session will help you understand what ‘Office Politics’ really is, how to navigate it, and how to make it a positive for your career.
