We are delighted to be collaborating with Joanna Gaudoin bringing to you the second of four webinars looking at 'how to develop positive relationships needed in your role' – whether you are just starting out in-house, moving up the promotion ladder or wish to improve your business skills.

Joanna Gaudoin of Inside Out Image specialises in helping ambitious Financial & Professional Services individuals and their organisations improve performance and achieve their goals.

She does this by helping them master and strategically use the business skills of Personal Impact and Relationship Management. These skills are required for professional success.

Before establishing Inside Out Image, Joanna worked in marketing and consultancy in large corporates. She understands the business world and its challenges. She now helps organisations and individuals understand how to succeed in it.

Conflicts, differences of opinion and challenging situations are a normal part of working life. Raising difficult topics both internally and externally is often avoided and challenging. However, in many cases avoiding these conversations is not a good idea and can result in even greater challenges; it also does not help relationship building.

This session looks at different types of difficult conversations, default conflict modes and how to pivot these conversations to get a positive outcome and build positive and stable professional relationships.
