We are delighted to be collaborating with Globe Law and Business to join Harvard Law School’s Dr Heidi Gardner for an expert session and “real-time clinic” showing how in-house legal teams and external counsel can work together more effectively in the new remote environment.Learn these key how-to points in the first part of the online session:
- “Help make the GC into a hero”—clarify expectations for handling work, anticipating issues, and adding value to the enterprise
- Combat the tendency for stress to increase stereotyping and bias, which undermine diversity efforts and dampen morale & productivity
- Maximize productivity, trust and empathy—simple, practical tactics to help clients and outside lawyers members make sense of each other’s behavior, minimize the effect of inevitable distractions and related misunderstandings.
In the second part, we will address your specific issues: chat in your concerns (or solutions!) and Dr Gardner will bring her expertise to bear.
