Building on the success of the 2016 conference in Rome the programme will again follow three dynamic tracks:
· Lead the Law
· Lead the Business
· Lead Yourself.
Delegates will have the opportunity to explore and discuss what it means to lead through these three tracks. Can you lead through thought, by being the expert in a particular area? Can you lead a team as a manager through your people management skills? Or can you lead the business through your understanding of operations and what makes the business run smoothly?
In addition to the opening plenary, panel sessions, networking opportunities with colleagues from around the world, coaching and mentoring, delegates will be able to attend “Lead Labs”. Facilitated by experts, these interactive workshops will encourage focus on an area of personal development, operations or the law in small peer groups.
