Female Insurance Group (FIG)

On Tuesday 30th October RPC hosted a FIG panel discussion on inclusive leadership in the workplace.

This session was chaired by Alex Anderson, head of FIG and featured a panel of people from across the market, all of whom have considerable experience in driving the agenda for diversity and inclusion:

• Andrew Sellers, Head of Claims Supplier Management at Hiscox
• Steve Parry, European Claims Director, Chubb
• Amber Wilkinson, Finance Director, AXA PPP Healthcare

The focus was on the following:

• What can managers do to ensure they are being supportive?
• What is the benefit to embedding an inclusive culture within a workplace?
• What more can insurers do to ensure they are as inclusive as they can be?
