FIG - Inclusion and diversity in the workplace
RPC hosted a breakfast session with the Financial Conduct Authority's Director of Market Oversight, Julia Hoggett to talk about the importance that inclusion and diversity plays in all of our workplaces.
Drawing on her own experiences, Julia discussed inclusion and diversity issues within an organisation and explored ways that we can work hard to overcome these issues. She is also the gender and diversity champion at the FCA.
