We were delighted to welcome Lisa Osofsky, the Director of the Serious Fraud Office, for a discussion of "Fighting Financial Crime in the 2020s".

Since becoming Director in September 2018, Ms Osofsky has overseen numerous high-profile cases at the SFO.

Ms Osofsky wasjoined by Lord Garnier QC, the former Solicitor General, and Amanda Pinto QC, the Chair of the Bar of England & Wales for 2020, on a panel moderated by
RPC partner Sam Tate.

This was an engaging and informative discussion with some of the UK's top anti-financial crime practitioners, and was attended by in-house counsel, heads of in-house compliance and all others with an interest in what the next decade holds in this important area.
