"Ok so your name is Dawn Raid and you are here to see the Chief Executive? I don't have you down on our visitor list for today…"

As Head of Legal you have a procedure and, of course, know what to do. But, would your team; the IT department and front of house staff know what is required of them especially in your absence? 

It can and, it does happen and the implications are HUGE. This is even more important in today's world when the mere whisper of a visit and speed of messaging can result in a media frenzy, affecting your reputation and ultimately share price.

So how do you prepare for the reality of a visit?

Our expert panel looked at the practicalities from before, during and after the visit from different perspectives.
