Hannilee, the founder of iKan Health, is an award winning qualified mindfulness practitioner, a Litigator and author. After her experience of burn-out she wanted to change the way businesses relate to employee health and wellbeing.  As a Litigator, Hannilee understands the pressures of the legal world and is a skilled and empathic leader.  She has been featured on BBC Radio, Sky News and has spoken in the House of Commons using the tools from her book 'One Minute Miracles'.

Steve Stanley,  Leadership facilitator and coach, iKan Health

A highly experienced behavioural consultant, facilitator and trainer working at senior leadership levels. An outstanding personal and executive coach, Steve promotes resilience, health and wellbeing and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He firmly believes that everyone has the potential to create success and stability in their lives

A Partner at RPC, Geraldine advises clients in the financial and professional services, retail, media, industrial and manufacturing sectors, Geraldine's expertise covers a range of contractual disputes with particular focus on warranty claims and other post M & A issues, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and asset and financial recovery.

In heading the group Geraldine has experience of leading legal teams with associated business service support.

Geraldine is co-chair of the TerraLex International Dispute Resolution practice group. TerraLex is an international law firm network covering more than 100 jurisdictions globally.
