Next development session scheduled for November
Following on from sessions on career development, personal effectiveness, and recovering from setbacks our focus now moves to in-house recruitment and induction.
Aimed at in-house lawyers, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas on the following:
From justifying the need; procurement processes and the HR system through the interview stages and embedding into an existing team to hitting the ground running.
Areas for discussion will include:-
- The recruitment of people to roles within in-house legal teams
- The skills and qualities required of applicants
- Processes adopted for recruitment, including interviews, psychometric and other tests
- Good practice in the induction of new recruits
