Smart collaboration for in-house legal teams

Research conducted by our own Rebecca Cater and Centre for Legal Leadership (CLL) contributed to the publication of Special Report and book 'Smart Collaboration for In-house Legal Teams'.

The book, which can be purchased here, combines Harvard research with input from General Counsels, in-house lawyers, CEOs and board members to show why and how legal teams work across the silos that we call 'Smart Collaboration'. It includes the business case, practical tips, case studies and tools to help legal teams master the four essential pillars of collaboration. 

The author, Dr. Heidi K. Gardner, is a Distinguished Fellow at Harvard's Law Center on the Legal Profession, a Lecturer on Law and Faculty Chair of Harvard Law School's Accelerated Leadership.
