We held our first in-house development session!

Last week we held our first in-house development discussion. This session was aimed at career development and was attended by senior in-house lawyers. 

The main questions raised were:

• What did you have to learn when you were new in-house?
• What are the biggest career challenges facing in-house lawyers?

We will be summarising some of the session shortly and will post on this site.
