With over 20 years’ experience in client-facing roles, Caroline has developed strong communication and relationship-management skills. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to digital content, marketing and engagement, while also providing business analysis and strategic insight to drive CLL’s growth and member value.
At CLL, Caroline manages the day-to-day running of the website, including producing digital content and commissioning articles. She also manages and schedules events, creates marketing campaigns and helps ensure the organisation’s digital presence effectively supports the community.
