Ian White

Ian has been the chief legal officer and company secretary for both listed and major private companies.

Whilst he spent most of his previous career as a lawyer, he has spent some time working as a strategy consultant. Ian now works as a consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator. His previous experience has led him to develop an expertise in corporate governance and working with boards on effectiveness and enhancement. He also works with directors and lawyers on development.

Ian has an MBA from Ashridge Business School, has a coaching qualification - is an APECS (Association of Professional Executive Coacging and Supervision) Certified Professional Executive Coach and is a CEDR (Centre for Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator. Ian is also the Director for the Cranfield NED Programme. 

Ian is also a founder member of the Board Effectiveness Guild, a membership organisation which seeks to share best practices, contribute to thought leadership and promote the value of Board Effectiveness Reviews. www.theboardeffectivenessguild.co.uk
