Kelly is a UK-qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in regulated industries.
Kelly is currently People & Legal Director at Sanctus.
Kelly was Legal & Social Impact Director for the insurance provider Simply Business, previously she spent 10 years at Roche, the world’s largest biotech company both as a lawyer and in various senior management positions including Head of Procurement, Head of Healthcare Compliance, & Head of Site Services & OHSE.
Before Roche, Kelly spent five years as Head of Legal at a Credit Derivatives brokerage, and five years in various City legal practices.
Kelly has a First Class Honours BSc in Managerial & Administrative Studies, and a Distinction in the Solicitors’ professional qualifications and is also Trustee for the children’s charity PLAYSKILL and the Social Mobility Business Partnership.
