Kent is Group General Counsel at Ascential Plc, a FTSE 250, global information services company.
Previously Kent was Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at O2. Prior to that, Kent spent 10 years as a disputes lawyer working in international law firms, initially in New Zealand and then for several years in the UK.
