In-House General Counsel
Kerry joined Vodafone in 2010 as Head of Legal for Vodafone UK. During her 3 years in this role, she and her team worked closely with UK business colleagues to set up the network share between Vodafone and Telefonica, buy 4G spectrum in the government auction, launch 4G in the consumer market, set up Mobile by Sainsbury MVNO and integrate CWW into Vodafone.
Kerry leads Vodafone Business Legal, which is responsible for all legal and regulatory advice, risk management and operational compliance.
Before joining Vodafone, Kerry held senior positions at several telecoms companies including 2 years as General Counsel at Azzurri, 8 years as a senior commercial lawyer at O2/Telefonica, and 2 years as a senior lawyer at BT. Kerry trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer at city law firm Linklaters where she spent five years – two in the London office and three in Paris.
