Kim is an independent solicitor who supports business owners and General Counsels with IP and commercial legal services.
With a cumulative experience of over 25 years, Kim enjoyed a successful career in private practice before moving to roles within various in-house legal teams at well-known companies in the e-commerce, FMCG, and retail sectors In 2014 Kim established her consultancy business - KLH Legal so that she could offer her services more widely.Her service is founded on being a trusted and approachable advisor with an open and collaborative approach, with clear communication at the core. Whether she is working directly with a business owner to help them protect their creative assets or supporting a busy in-house GC and their legal team, the goal is to work together to achieve the desired outcomes.
Having taken a less traditional route to qualification, Kim is passionate about helping others find joy and fulfilment in their legal career.
In July 2023 Kim was awarded the title of Member of the Year by The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE) for her contribution to the self-employed community and helping others succeed.
