Nick has over 25 years’ experience as General Counsel and in private practice specialising in finance, M&A, funds, corporate, regulatory, real estate, risk management and corporate governance.
He has established and grown successful teams in-house and in private practice and is an experienced mentor and coach of in-house lawyers.
Nick was a partner with a regional practice in the North East before joining Eversheds LLP and heading its national Real Estate Finance team from London.
He became Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of residential property company, Grainger plc in 2009 - establishing and managing the Company’s legal, compliance and risk departments as well as leading on strategic transactions.
Nick joined Pure in 2017 and is currently Chief Legal Officer.
