Paul has over 30 years of experience leading impactful brand, marketing, and communications strategies for some of the world's largest organisations.

Paul is an expert in helping clients create compelling marketing, client development, and brand programmes, optimise client journeys, and devise more impactful strategies that elevate brands and drive business growth.

In his prior roles as Chief Brand & Communications Officer and Managing Director of Marketing at Paul Hastings, based in New York, Paul led a robust international team, redefining the firm's brand, marketing, and communications strategy to align with growth objectives and enhance its global reputation.

Paul’s experience also includes his tenure as EY’s Global Communications & Engagement Leader, as well as his previous roles as UK Communications Director and Chief of Staff, where he focused on enhancing the firm’s brand and reputation both nationally and globally. Before EY, his role at McKinsey in Global External Affairs involved managing communications teams, implementing strategic engagement plans, and protecting the firm from reputational risks.

He was also the Marketing Leader for UK Consulting at Deloitte and the UK Head of PR, where he led the formation of new marketing and PR functions and strategies. Previously, he served as the UK Head of PR and EMEIA Business Consulting PR Leader at Arthur Andersen.
