Rebecca has a background working for major global professional and financial services organisations.

This experience includes EY, where she was a global director specialising in business strategy, with focus on people and organisational change and where she developed well-honed coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills (virtual and in person).

Having left large organisational life in 2018, Rebecca is now firmly embedded in the entrepreneurial space successfully launching several businesses including Wise Sherpa where she collaborates with a range of organisations and individuals as a coach, thinking partner, facilitator and consultant working across geographies and cultures.

She also sits on a range of boards and committees and is a keen advocate of Women’s Economic Empowerment and has extensive experience on the issues related to women and leadership.

Rebecca has an MSc in Coaching & Consulting from Said Business School, Oxford University and HEC, Paris. She is also a Chartered Marketer and has lived and worked in several countries including the UK, France, US and Switzerland and speaks three languages.

She is a serial non-executive director and advisory board member most recently as the acting chair of the UK Advisory board  the largest consulting firm exclusively employing ASD adults as consultants in the data and cyber-security space (VC funded by among others Richard Branson) and on the advisory board of Noon. 

She is an accredited teacher of Mindful Self Compassion – a powerful approach she embeds in her work and beyond. She is also a published author – From work life to new life – rewriting the rules of retirement for smart professionals. Increasingly, a major part of her coaching and consulting work focuses on supporting leaders and organisations on mid to later life transitions.
