Sally-Ann is General Counsel for Railpen.
Sally-Ann started her career in matrimonial and criminal Law in Northampton and moved to Manches & Co in 1989 to join the Corporate team and spent 4 years on corporate transactional and commercial work.
Sally-Ann then joined The Co-operative Bank in 1993 as a Commercial Solicitor, becoming Senior Commercial Solicitor, then Head of Banking Commercial and finally Head of Banking Contract & Commercial for the then merged financial services business, Co-operative Financial Services.
She was the first lawyer to join Metro Bank, as Sole Counsel, in February 2012 and was promoted to General Counsel in 2014. She was responsible for a team of 7, including the Company Secretarial function.
