Developing your talents at developing talent: a toolkit

As in-house lawyers become more senior then "developing yourself" also becomes about "developing your team".

A leader's success is as much about enabling others to be as successful as they can be in ways that also help the team and the wider business as it is about your own personal technical performance. This transition from legal specialist to successful legal leader is hard – few of us have been trained for it and ever fewer find that it comes naturally to them. Which is why CLL teamed up with GC Magazine to run a talent management workshop. 

The evening was very interesting and, we thought that it would be helpful to turn what was discussed in the workshop into a toolkit so that, if you could not attend on the night you can still get the benefit of what was discussed!
