Chris advises on a broad range of commercial disputes with particular emphasis on banking and financial markets disputes and fraud related claims.
Chris has been involved in a number of disputes involving major investment banks and has particular experience with issues of quantum and the reconstruction of financial portfolios and/or instruments.
He also has experience in obtaining worldwide freezing order relief and the investigation of misappropriated assets.
Chris has authored numerous articles on the application of Game Theory to litigation and how it can be deployed to settlement negotiation to optimise a client's recovery.
