Helen Hopper trained in management consultancy with Accenture, and in occupational psychology with SHL, before co-founding leadership consulting firm hCubed in 2010, where she is a Partner.
Helen advises on organisational and leadership development mainly in the UK and Europe for professional services firms, global corporations, fast growth start-ups and social enterprises.
She has degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Oxford University), and in Psychology (The Open University).
She is an active supporter of mental health charities, most recently as COO of The Listening Place, and Trustee at Mental Health Innovations, a charity focused on using digital innovation, data-driven analysis and clinical expertise to improve the UK’s mental health.
