Including 10 years of GC experience with leading consumer product company, Heinz, leading the legal and compliance teams across Europe, Russia and CIS. UK and US qualified Janice spent 4 years with DuPont in the US leading high value, complex international M & A and joint ventures. Other leadership roles include heading the legal, regulatory, policy and governance teams at The Law Society where she led the recent responses on behalf of the legal profession to the CMAs market study on legal services and the SRAs consultation on deregulation “Looking to the Future”. Janice has advised executive management on myriad commercial and contract management, transactional, M&A, corporate governance, compliance and ethics/anti-corruption, IP and brand protection, and employment and litigation matters with international focus. She has a breadth of practical experience leading transformational change and reorganisational projects internationally.
