Regulation Forum 2024

The Future of Regulation

CLL host a quarterly forum for senior leaders in major regulators and in the organisations that they regulate.

The Forum provides an opportunity for senior lawyers to discuss topical and strategic issues in a safe, virtual environment under Chatham House rule. Attendance is by invitation and the sessions are chaired and moderated by CLL.

Each meeting will look at topical matters in the world of regulation with a focus on those topics of particular interest to Forum members. Within this context, our 2024 programme will cover the following themes and areas of interest: -

1. Regulation in a Changing World – 20 March.
2. Conduct and Culture – 19 June.
3. Opportunities, Threats and Risks – 25 September.
4. Better Regulation – 20 November.
